If we do not have the item you require in stock, 99% of the time we can source the product from one of our suppliers and have it shipped within two days via registered post once the order is placed with us.

History

Scorpion Technology began in London in 1997 and re-located to Ireland in 2005.

Since 2005, Scorpion Technology has been specialising in selling CB/Amateur radio products and general technology products/accessories to the Irish market (we also ship to the UK and mainland Europe). The Managing Director of the company, Alan Maher has been involved in radio and computer technology since the early eighties and along with the rest of the staff, have a wealth of knowledge.

A licenced amateur himself (EI5GFB), His ethos is focused on customer service and providing competitive pricing. As a web based business with no retail overheads, we can afford to keep our prices down.

At Scorpion Technology, we use a web based text messaging system to inform our customers about their order status or any relevant information they need to know regarding product queries etc.

Once a purchase is made, the customer is informed via email on every part of the order process. Once the order has arrived, the customer will receive a "Customer Satisfaction Form" via email which we ask all our customers to fill out (this is not compulsory). By listening to our customers, we can provide a service that our customers want.

We care about our customers and this has made the business very successful based on our tried and tested formula of good reliable products, friendly and efficient customer service, and our competitive pricing policy.

Our product range encompasses a full range of radio communications products suited for the Hobby, Leisure, and Professional users and general technical products for both the hobbyist and the professional.

We ship nationwide and also to the UK and Mainland Europe.

We are open from 9.00am to 9.00pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Saturday, 10am to 1pm on Sunday.
